Frequently Asked Questions

Expand All:

Can I use bottled lemon juice instead of fresh?

You can, but freshly squeezed lemon juice always tastes much brighter and less bitter when kept warm for several hours.

Will the honey settle at the bottom?

No, honey dissolves completely in warm water, so every sip will be evenly sweetened as long as you stir it well before pouring.

Can I make this the night before?

Yes! Mix the lemon juice, honey, and a little cold water in a jar in the fridge. In the morning, add hot water, stir, and pour into your preheated thermos.
