Frequently Asked Questions

Expand All:

Can I use frozen berries instead of fresh?

Yes — frozen berries make the smoothie thicker and are just as nutritious.

What if I don't have Greek yogurt?

Use regular yogurt for a thinner result, or coconut/almond yogurt for dairy-free.

How do I make it thicker?

Use frozen berries, reduce the milk, and add half a banana.
